If you are a Scion Champion, GSM or GM at a Scion dealer and are interested in growing your Scion business through grass-roots marketing, aftermarket accessories sales and creating more buzz around your Scion point, people and process then you might be in the right spot.

Scionetics does two things.

1. It helps you build a local Scion community around your dealership
2. It makes it easier for the Scion Champion to do their job.

We offer three main features to the Scion community.

• The Car Show - Lets Scion owners show off their ride and link to their club and friends' Car Shows.
• Car Club Pages - Just some basic tools to help groups get off the ground.
• Events Calendar - One of the best on the web and includes a roll-call feature where the event planner can email people on the list.

Scionetics is, far and away, the largest Scion-owners group in Phoenix with 751 members.  While most are not real active at the local meets and road trips we are able to mobilize pretty well for the larger events.  Nationally we have 1663 members.  Bear in mind that we delete accounts that are obviously inactive, when an email returned as undeliverable for instance, otherwise Scionetics could probably boast a number two or three times the size.

While the site was developing a local following some back-end features were added to help the dealer maintain compliance and to simplify a few processes.  Some of these are:

• A single source for information that generates your web menu updates, deal-jacket menus and your posted pricing.  Because of the single source everything generated matches.
• A manager's checklist can also be generated from this so that billing issues are scarce.
• We-owe/do-bill info is also created from the single-source and it includes part numbers and the internal costs from service so that everyone is on the same page.  Accounting loves this!
• When we get a web lead, phone pop or referral we can send a link to the customer to let them begin building their Scion while using OUR menu.  Check out a DEMO here.
• The way the customer can point-and-click their options in the lead response is the same way salespeople build a car on the dealer side.  The accessory choices are filtered by the model code so a tC spoiler does not get ordered for an xD, or in the wrong color.  Service & Parts loves this!
• Customers can work with their salesperson whenever the salesperson is available and has internet access.
